South Shore Weight Loss Challenge
South Shore Sports Complex is teaming up with C Fin Fitness and Elite Physiques to introduce a powerful Cardio/Strength and conditioning program that will change your body forever. This program is for the seriously super committed who are ready to lose weight right away. It's not to late to keep that new years resolution and see results by this summer. You will work directly with former body building champion John Maglio and Personal Trainer Chris Finley (over 35 years of combined results). These classes will close quickly and will be limited to 12 people. Dates will be determined after the first meeting.
Price will be $270.00 per month
Tentative Schedule:
C-Fin Fitness Cardio classes Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 10:30am and 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Elite Physiqes Strength Training, TBD by participant's availability
Support Group Sessions once a week, TBD by participant's availability
